Budapest Trabant Rally
Like many others, you may be wondering, “What is a trabant?” East German engineers designed “the cardboard car” in the 1950s. The vehicle is made from lightweight Duroplast, a resin reinforced with cotton or wool. It has a two-stroke engine. Our instructor will teach you how to drive the trabant, which has a gear stick right in the dashboard! You’ll have a grand old time jerking and sputtering along the beautiful Hungarian hills on your way to a delicious Hungarian feast. But hurry back to town for full-force evening out!
